      WhiteConcierge is the sector-leading service organisation that provides the customers of its large clients with lifestyle and concierge services. They needed a SharePoint-based solution to combine geospatial data with the data provided by their existing service provider databases and present the results to their front line service staff. In turn enabling the service staff to further improve the quality of service they provide to their customers. CM Group's consulting arm developed the software, integrated it into WhiteConcierge's SharePoint environment, and trained staff on how to use the solution.
